How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the number of items in your order.

The current shipping costs are:

  • Small box: $15 (1-8 Items)
  • Medium box: $30 (9-60 Items)
  • Large box: $45 (61-85 Items)
Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was cancelled and you have not received an email to us prior, it was most likely cancelled automatically by the system for non-payment.

Please contact support directly if you feel this is not the case or if you need additional details regarding your order.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday and most weekends and holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check your order status, please go to “My Account”, click on the “Orders” tab and find your order number, click on the order number or “View” button.

Can I send money via Western Union Online?

No. Please visit a local Western Union agency and send the funds in person.

DO NOT send money online, the transaction may be held for verification.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. We ask that you order a minimum of $250 per order.

What forms of payment do you accept? currently accepts Western Union and MoneyGram for all orders.

When placing your order, you will be guided through each step.

We do not accept credit cards or any other forms of payment.

How do I pay by Western Union or MoneyGram?

Start placing your order and the website will provide you with complete payment instructions for the payment method you chose.

The payment directions will be shown on the screen, sent to your email address and saved in your order details in your account page.

I'm having login problems, how do I retrieve my password?

If you’ve lost your password just click the “Forgot your password?” link on the My Account login page.

Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and we will e-mail mail you a new password.

If you don’t receive that e-mail within a few minutes, please check your junk mail folder or spam folder.

Some e-mail programs may mistakenly misroute your confirmation e-mail.

We recommend that you add as a safe sender to ensure proper e-mail delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Average T/A is approximately 7-10 days from the day we receive your payment.

Once your payment is confirmed your order will be processed as quickly as possible with a normal turnaround time of 2-3 business days.

You will receive an email once your payment is received as well as when your order has shipped.

Average shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Once payment has been received, your order is immediately placed into processing for packaging and shipping.

All items are kept in stock and on hold for you unless payment is not received within the payment method timeframe.

Average processing time is 2-3 business days and average shipping time varies based on location from 3-5 business days.
